Timing Vs. Trusting

I’m not where I envisioned my life to be but I’m also not the Creator of the aperture who widens and closes the lens either; I simply don’t have the full view of it all yet.

What I do know-is that I Trust the One; the Artist and the Author of my life.

When things don’t make sense, I asked for clarity. When I felt lost, I asked for direction. When I was uncertain, I asked for wisdom and discernment. These were simple practices that over time have helped me to stop rushing God’s process (not that I had any control) and trusting that His will for my life was so much bigger and better.

It has been since.
